I'm checking out upgrading from my trusty 5040ub. My desires are complicated. I use the PJ 85% for gaming, the harmony for flicks. I use an anamorphic lens continually during the light route. I'm with Toby on this, no 3D is a hard go on this projector. I will just persist with the 5050UB.
